The coronavirus has caused many problems for Pastors. Each Pastor has many decisions to make that involve not only his family but the people in his congregation.
As the churches begin to open again, it is the Pastors responsibility to keep people safe, give everyone encouragement and most importantly preach the gospel.
Pray for your Pastor today. Tell him or send him a note to be an encouragement to him.
1 Timothy 5:17 – Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
Romans 15:30 – Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in [your] prayers to God for me;
This little light of mine I’m gonna let it shine This little light of mine I’m gonna let it shine This little light of mine I’m gonna let it shine Let it shine, let it shine, let it shine
We should all let our light shine for Jesus, especially today. So many people need encouragement. Fear, anxiety and uncertainty fill the hearts of people.
We who are Christians have the ability, through Christ, to make a difference in the lives of people we come in contact with. Let your light shine to someone today.
There is a solution for you. It is found in the Bible, Matthew 6. God tells us that He takes care of the flowers, the birds and that we are more precious to Him than they.
The condition to His promise, however, that is to seek Him first. Accept Jesus as your Savior, put your complete trust in Him.
Matthew 6:31-34 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
How excited we are when we can once again can go to our favorite restaurant, clothing store and other non essential places of business. We are all hoping and praying that it will be soon.
There is someone who is also waiting with anticipation for you to open the door of your heart. That someone is Jesus. He wants to take you to the most wonderful place, where there will be great singing, joys beyond comprehension and a fantastic supper. That place is Heaven.
Have you opened the door to Him?
Revelations 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

Last week a neighbor stopped by the SOS Events office and we were able to demonstrate the display board with the 3 Things God Can Not Do. She ask Jesus to be her Savior. Praise the Lord.
