Ohio Blessing!

12 salvations Friday night in n Perrysburg. Praise God!!!

We met a young man maybe in his 30’s or early 40’s but originally from Scotland but on fire for God.

We pray he will like to join us with the SOS Events Ministry in Ohio. He speaks at churches too. He goes downtown Toledo and when he sees rough looking young people he hops out of his car and ministers to them. We will see what God has for us.

This is a matter of prayer as the Ohio Team needs more volunteers to work with SOS Events.

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Matthew 9:37 & 38

Community Events

What a blessing to be able to go to Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce Luncheon to promote SOS Events in the community.

An additional blessing is that Graceanne, Carolyn’s daughter is able to go to many of the same events for her business.

The name of Jesus is also lifted at this monthly meeting as Carolyn usually is ask to pray for the meeting.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and be ready always to give an answer to every man who asketh you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear. 1Peter 3:15

SOS Events Ministry

SOS Events Ministry has grown from a thought in the minds of Tom and Carolyn Curtis, to a large ministry with Teams in 15 States and expecting 2 more in the near future.

Tom and Carolyn traveled in a motor home all around the USA in 2001 stopping at churches explaining how to go to events like fairs, yard sales, community events presenting the Gospel using the “3 Things God Can Not Do”.

Little by little the ministry began to grow. Tom went home to be with the Lord in 2016 but SOS Events continues to expand with the Leadership of a Board of Directors and Carolyn Curtis as President.

The Lord is blessing the ministry and all the results come from Him. If God is working on your heart to join with SOS Events to win people to him do not hesitate to contact the home office for more information.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15

So Many Opportunities!

There were so many opportunities for Carolyn Curtis, cofounder of SOS Events Ministry, this past weekend at the James Dean Festival in Indiana.

Not only the blessing of winning people to the Lord, (the biggest blessing) but speaking at a Missions Conference at Liberty Baptist Church in Sweetser on Thursday evening.

Then at the Festival on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday another opportunity at New Hope Church in Gas City, where she gave her testimony to the adult Sunday School class, and gave a brief report about SOS Events in the church service.

Why all the activity? Salvations of souls is the first priority. Then new teams of volunteers for the Indiana area. At the festival at least 2 people expressed desire to get involved in witnessing with SOS Events.

At Liberty a gentleman wants to find more volunteers and create a new SOS Team.

At New Hope a lady from another area in Indiana goes to a church that will begin to use SOS in her church this October.

God blesses whatever we do if we do it for Him. Praise the Lord for all the blessings of he past weekend.

And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Colossians 3:17

James Dean Rod Run, 134 Salvations!

James Dean Rod Run Car Show is over, but the lives of 134 people as Christians are just beginning.

God gave the SOS Events Team wonderful success on the weekend. Beautiful weather, great teamwork and most importantly opportunity to witness and bring others to Jesus.

Praise the Lord for His faithfulness. He is the one who draws the people to the SOS Events booth.

As we lift up the name of Jesus, He draws people to us.

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12:32

33 New Members of the Family of God
