May God continue to bless the USA. This can only happen if we as citizens put God first in our lives.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; And the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. Psalm 33:12
While the storm clouds gather far across the sea Let us swear allegiance to a land that’s free Let us all be grateful that we are far from there As we raise our voices in a solemn prayer
[Verse] God bless America, land that I love Stand beside her and guide her Through the night with a light from above From the mountains to the prairies To the oceans white with foam God bless America, my home sweet home God bless America, my home sweet home
Today is a day set aside for prayer. Be thankful that we live in a Country that still sets aside a time to pray.
We are blessed to have the privilege of freedom to worship.
Take time today to pray for the USA. Pray for peace. Pray for leaders that will continue to uphold our freedom.
Pray that people will turn to the Lord for salvation. Jesus is the only true way we can have peace.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
The American flag and the eagle, symbols of freedom for those of us who live in the USA. Freedom is something we are thankful for, however, there are many people from other countries who do not have the liberty we have.
Freedom to worship and serve God without fear. For those people there is good news. Jesus gives us freedom within. If we have Jesus we are free, no matter where we are or what the circumstances.
John 8:36 If the Son (Jesus) therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
Memorial Day weekend we honor our brave military veterans and active men and women who serve our Country to keep us free.
But today, the Lord’s day, let us remember Jesus death, burial and resurrection. We have freedom of eternal life because of Him. We have victory over death which is ultimate freedom.
Today is Veterans Day in the USA. A day to remember the brave men and women who fought so that we can live in freedom.
Also, a special thanks to the people who are in the military today.
We are free to choose our leaders, we are free to rear our children as we please, we are free to follow the path to any career we desire, and much more, because of the sacrifice of these men and women in the military.
Most of all we are free to worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus, who gives us true spiritual freedom.
Philippians 1:3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. Psalm 33:12
What a blessing for those of us who live in the USA to have the freedom and privilege to vote for our leaders.
As Christians we have a responsibility to vote. We need vote for the candidates who honor God’s principles. Before going to vote, check out where the candidate stands on issues like abortion, citizenship and other important policies. Get out and vote.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. Psalm 33:12
