Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
Today is Tom Curtis’ birthday. He is 78 years old. His life has been a life of joys and hardships. In 1980 he was saved after the death of his son, Nick.
Nick was playing at home with friends when a gasoline can tipped over and another kid through a match at him. He was burned over 80% of his body and lived for 3 months. The last day of Nick’s life he asked his Dad this question, “Dad, do you know Jesus Christ personally?”
Tom answered, “Nick, there is no way to know Jesus, He is dead.”
Nick replied, “Dad, I know Him.” And that was the last words Nick spoke, he died.
Tom was a broken man. Nine years later he was invited to church and heard the Gospel for the first time and was saved.
Tom has followed the Lord faithfully since that day and has been a successful businessman, father, grandfather, husband and friend to many.
His heart’s desire has been to be a witness to everyone he meets and together with his wife founded SOS Events Ministry.
Thousands of souls have been saved through Tom’s life and ministry.

Morning! Update on the radio interview for SOS Events
…..it went GREAT and totally fueled by your prayers and the Holy Spirit so a big THANK YOU to everyone!! The interview will broadcast in 3 segments this coming Monday, October 27, 2014 from 4:30-5:00 pm on Faith Radio 89.1 FM and will then be uploaded to their website at http://www.faithradio.org/MeetingHouse. Praise the Lord for everyone’s committment to Share the Good News with All!! God is definitely blessing it.
This is a radio station in Montgomery, Alabama and took place because of the races in Talladega. God is enlarging our boarders again and all the praise goes to Him.

An email came into the SOS Events office about a boy who was at one of our recent events. His Mother stated how happy she is that her son is getting the Bible lessons. Her two daughters were not at the event but could they receive the Bible lessons?
They were put on the list and now the whole family has an opportunity to be saved.
Follow up is important. All converts are sent an age appropriate Bible lesson and their names go to a local Bible believing church, if one is in their area.
Every person that makes a decision is on a prayer list and they are prayed for regularly.
