Typical Day

This is a typical day at the flea market in Plant City, Florida in the summer when school is out. Many families with children, however, school is beginning so the children will not be with their parents. Sometimes this is an advantage and sometime not, but whatever the crowd God always brings people to the SOS Events booth to hear the gospel and be saved.
Pray for continued success on Wednesdays at this marketplace.

Forgiveness

Aggravation Blessings
August 1, 2016Sometimes aggravation can turn into a blessing. About a month ago Carolyn won a young man to the Lord named, Carlos. He is a Service man for SOS Events Wi-Fi system that we use for the office as well as the home on the property.
After a severe storm last week the Wi-Fi system was not working well so we called for service. The service man who came was the same Carlos and Carolyn was able to talk with him some more about his new faith and she gave him the book 101 Salvation Stories. He was happy to receive it. It was such a blessing to see him again and know that he is growing in his Christian faith.

Trust the Lord
July 31, 2016Sometimes we have plans that seem important at the time and circumstanses come up that those plans change.we often wonder why? As Christians we need to trust the Lord whatever the circumstanses, good or bad.
He is always with us and guides us if we put our trust in Him.
Psalms 62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

July 29, 2016This Sunday, Randy Thomas, our friend and missionary for SOS Events ministry will start another area of ministry as he has accepted the position of Pastor at the Griffin Baptist Church. Randy will continue to win souls with SOS Events especially at the Wednesday Flea Market where this week 9 people came to know the Lord. He also will work events in the area as well as travel to the Talladega NASCAR Races in October.
Congratulations, Randy, as you now will be even busier working for the Lord. We will be praying for you.
God calls the busiest people to do even more for Him.
