Sunday, Come Let Us Worship

March 8, 2026

These verses remind us that true worship begins with humility.

The psalmist calls us to bow down and kneel before the Lord our Maker. When we recognize who God is—the Creator, the Shepherd, and our loving God—it naturally brings our hearts to a place of reverence and gratitude.

The passage also gives a comforting truth: “We are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand.” Just as a shepherd watches over and cares for his sheep, God watches over His people. He guides us, protects us, and leads us in the right way.

In a busy world filled with noise and distractions, God invites us to pause and come before Him in worship. When we humble ourselves before the Lord, we are reminded that we belong to Him and that He faithfully cares for us.

Today, take a moment to bow your heart before the Lord. Thank Him for being your Shepherd, your Maker, and your faithful God who holds you in His hand.

The Truth Of God’s Word

March 5, 2026

God’s Word never fades, fails or falters. The one thing that we can trust in and rely on is the truth of the Bible.

The Strawberry Festival Has Passed The Halfway Point!

March 4, 2026

Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida has surpassed the half way mark! Five more days to go.

There have been 120 decisions up until yesterday! Praise the Lord!

Please join me in prayer for the rest of this event, that people will be saved, volunteers will be filled with the spirit, and that the remaining shifts will be filled.

We still have empty opportunities for volunteers, especially the evening shifts and all day on Sunday.

Be Strong, God Is With You!

March 3, 2026

Sometimes the task in front of us feels bigger than we are — whether it’s leading, serving, stepping out in faith, or simply facing another day. But our strength is not in ourselves. Our courage is not in our personality. It is in His presence.

If God has called you to it, He will walk with you through it.

So today, don’t shrink back. Don’t let fear make your decisions. Stand strong, move forward, and remember — you never go alone.

God’s Unconditional Love!

February 10, 2026

Don’t let your past determine your future. Look to God for the truth. Don’t let the past steal you from the joys of today. The Lord has so much for you.

I pray you will take time to read His Word daily and talk to Him through prayer then watch how he will guide you. He wants to walk with you every minute of the day, you are so important to Him.

Ask Him to open your eyes to the truth of His unconditional love for you. See yourself through His eyes.

Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV) says, Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not

A Cure For Shot Nerves!

February 6, 2026

Thinking of something to encourage those who read this, I chose a book on hymns, “Then Sings My Soul” by Robert J. Morgan.
He wrote a forward “The Cure For Shot Nerves”. Thinking that is a catchy title, I read what he wrote about how the old hymns can calm the spirit and help bring peace to the soul.

It is rare in some churches to even hear the old hymns anymore and that is sad.
“In the Garden” He walks with me/ and He talks with me/ and tells me I am His own.
“Jesus Loves Me”, “Amazing Grace”, “I Need Thee Every Hour” and many more that encourage the heart.

Today, if you are stressed, feeling overwhelmed, or just plan discouraged, think of your favorite hymn and sing it, hum it or just let it flood your mind with how good God is, and soon you will find the comfort you need

Hope In God’s Word!

February 5, 2026

Life can place heavy burdens on our hearts. Worry, fear, discouragement, and sorrow can cause us to feel weighed down and overwhelmed. God understands this heaviness, and His Word acknowledges it plainly.

Yet this verse also gives us hope. A kind word, a word of encouragement, or a word spoken in love can lift a heavy heart. God often uses His Word — and His people — to bring comfort and joy to those who are hurting.

When our hearts feel heavy, we can turn to the promises of Scripture and allow God’s truth to strengthen us. And as believers, we are reminded to speak good words to others, knowing that even a small act of encouragement can bring gladness to a weary soul.

God Is At Work!

February 4, 2026

A new day is another opportunity to place everything in God’s hands. January often brings plans, goals, and uncertainties, but the Lord asks us to commit our way to Him first. Commitment means surrender — trusting that God sees what we cannot and knows the best path forward.

When we truly trust the Lord, we can rest, knowing He is already at work behind the scenes. He will bring to pass what is according to His will and for His glory. Our responsibility is faithfulness; God’s responsibility is the outcome.

Begin today by committing your plans, concerns, and hopes to the Lord. Walk forward in trust, and let God handle the results.
