May 1, 2017Many churches around the Country use the “3 Things God Can Not Do” displays from SOS Events ministry to win souls at churchyard events. Bible Baptist Church in Appomattox, VA is one of those churches. Praise the Lord that God uses SOS Events materials in many different ways to have both young and old people get saved. Last weekend the church had an Awana Grand Prix, were children make model race cars and race them. Many children and parents attended. A great way to get the gospel to people in the community.

Jesus is Coming
April 25, 2017Are you looking for Jesus? We get so busy with the cares of this life that we sometimes do not remember that Jesus is coming back, and it could be soon. The Bible tells us that we do not know the day or the hour but when we least expect it He will come. We will be caught up to meet Him in the air, if we have trusted Him as Lord and Savior. Are you ready and watching?

Soul Winning Opportunities
April 24, 2017The leaders of SOS Events are always looking for ways to expand and improve the outreach for the ministry. Sunday Carolyn and Alice visited a church and was given the opportunity to update the congregation on activities of SOS Events. This church has been going to first Friday in Lakeland for several years and the congregation are excited to have us schedule a training so more people can be involved in soul winning. April 19, 2017At the Auburndale Flea Market Tony & Diana along with 3 others from an earlier shift, shared the plan of Salvation through The Three Things God Cannot Do…1)He Cannot Lie 2) He Cannot Change and He Cannot Let Anyone into Heaven unless they’re Born Again. Are you 50, 75 or 100% sure if you died today you’d go to heaven? The Bible says you can be 100% sure. All you need to do is Admit you have sinned (Romans 3:23). Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9) and Call upon he Lord (Romans 10:13). It’s that simple.
Training Works
April 17, 2017The Easter weekend was busy for SOS Events Ministry in many areas of the USA. Praise the Lord for a great training of 11 new volunteers and 3 new leaders at Union Baptist Church and then at their bike night they had 2 salvations at the booth. Wow! Boom! That’s how discipleship works!! Griffin, GA. This event was lead by our Alabama team.

Pilate
April 12, 2017Pilate tried to prove his innocence by washing his hands, but his sin could not be taken away by washing. The only thing that can wash away sin is the blood of Jesus and trusting in His death, burial and resurrection. Pilate was guilty of helping to send Jesus to the cross, but God used him to fulfill prophecy.
Matthew 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
The Crowd
April 11, 2017Are you following the crowd? On Palm Sunday the crowd yelled “Hosanna” and one week later they cried “Crucify Him”. Following the crowd can lead you into wrong decisions.
