Abraham Lincoln Quote

January 14, 2015

There are people today who are working to change or do away with The Constitution of the United States of America. We the people must fight to guard our freedoms that are slipping away.
Especially CHRISTIANS need to stand together to protect the freedom that our forefathers and brave men and women have fought for.
Our country was founded on Christian principles. Let us work to keep it that way.

Galatians 5:1
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Ronal Reagan Quote on Christmas

December 19, 2014

“Christmas can be celebrated in the schoolroom with pine trees, tinsel and reindeers, but there can be no mention of the man whose birthday is being celebrated. One wonders how a teacher would answer if a student would ask why it was called Christmas.”
Ronald Reagan
Most children in the USA will be having “holiday” parties in school today, as the school will close for Christmas break. What a tragedy that we have come so far in our country that the true meaning of Christmas cannot be taught or mentioned in our public schools.
Our country was founded on Christian principles. Freedom OF religion not freedom FROM religion.
Our greeting should be Merry Christmas, not Happy Holidays. Let us continue to keep Christ in Christmas.

Luke 1:14
And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.

Ronald Reagan Quote

November 17, 2014

“Today let us take heart from the noble example of our first President. Let us pause from our many activities to give thanks to almighty God for our bountiful harvests and abundant freedoms. Let us call upon Him for continued guidance and assistance in all our endeavors.”
President Ronald Reagan, Oct. 13, 1986 Thanksgiving Day, 1986

2 Corinthians 9:11
Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.

Welcome to Church

November 16, 2014

Be thankful that in the USA we have the freedom to attend the church of our choice. If you are able attend church with your family today!
Pray for your Pastor that he will stay true to God’s Word and that souls will be saved and broken hearts will be mended.

Hebrews 10:25
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another:and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Do Something, Vote

November 4, 2014

Today is Election Day in the USA. You can do something to exercise your rights as a citizen of our country. VOTE. Many people, even those who may read this do not have the freedom we in America have. Our forefathers fought for our freedom and came to America FOR religious freedom. (Not from religion)
Give thanks to God and do something, vote. Think about what God has given to us and be thankful we still have the privilege to go to the polls and voice our opinion through our vote. One vote can make the difference.

Colossians 3:17
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

Freedom to Vote

November 3, 2014

If you are a citizen of the USA, you have something wonderful to be thankful for, FREEDOM. Tomorrow is Election Day. It is your duty and privilege to vote for the candidate that you feel will do the best job of running the government.
Also, in several states there are important amendments that could change your way of life. Today do some research and tomorrow get out and vote.
Our freedom was and is not free. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” Do something. VOTE!

Liberty

June 10, 2014

“They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
― Benjamin Franklin, Memoirs of the life & writings of Benjamin Franklin
In America we are giving up our liberties everyday and as a nation we are becoming weaker. We as citizens must stand for our rights as granted by our forefathers in the Constitution. God should be honored in public events, graduations, sporting events, etc. America was a strong Godly nation until one woman decided that prayer should be taken out of the schools. It is not “politically correct” to mention God anymore. We need to wake up and stand up for our freedom and liberty and it begins by giving God the honor He deserves.

2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is that Spirit:and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Forever Freedom

May 24, 2014

Memorial Day weekend. Time to honor the men and women in the military that fought bravely so that we can have freedom. Many died, some were injured and their lives changed forever.
Take time to pray for the families, and thank The Lord for the freedom we enjoy because of the sacrifice given by our brave military men and women.
Then remember the One who also sacrificed His life for our spiritual freedom, The Lord Jesus Christ.
The freedom we enjoy in the USA could be taken away, but the freedom we have in Jesus can never be taken from us if we have trusted Him as our personal Savior.

John 8:36
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

True Liberty

May 23, 2014

We on this continent should never forget that men first crossed the Atlantic not to find soil for their ploughs but to secure liberty for their souls. ~Robert J. McCracken

Galatians 5:1
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
