The fair in Alabama is about half over and we are praying for many decisions at that event. Please pray with all of us at SOS Events that the workers will not be hindered by the devil.
God is always faithful to bring people to the booth and this event is another opportunity to win souls.
Reports from Halloween Events are coming into the SOS Events home office. We will list a few as there are still several events to report in on Monday. The events have different names but they all were Halloween related. All events were in Florida except the one in Alabama.
New Home Baptist 24 decisions, Turkey Creek 14 decisions, Lebanon 16, Avon Park 27.
Diana, SOS Events office manager has a SOS Events booth set up in her yard for Trick or Treat. 22 salvations were reported.
Eastmont in Alabama had 45 decisions at their Trunk or Treat. That brings the total to 148 decisions and more reports will be in by tomorrow. Praise the Lord for all the decisions made. Pray for the all the new converts that they will grow and learn more about their new life in Christ.

It is a great time to make plans to participate in an event for SOS Events. It may seem early as the Strawberry Festival in Plant City takes place in March in 2016 but there is 133 people needed to witness at that event.

October is the busiest time of year for SOS Events because there are so many events that take place.
Fall Festivals, Halloween, Talledega Races in Alabama, Harvest Hayride in New Jersey, Yard Sales and Craft Shows plus the regular weekly or monthly events that continue regularly. Our staff and workers would appreciate your prayers.
As you can see the opportunities for witnessing and soul winning are limitless. The Bible says the laborers are few. If you have a burden for lost souls you can get involved where you are. Shelby, the Curtis’s granddaughter, had an opportunity to share with her classmates the “3 Things God Can Not Do” at Show and Tell in her third grade class.
She told them about SOS Events Ministry and finished with the statement, “I want to be just like my Grandpa”
Young children can be a witness for the Lord especially using the tools provided for them by SOS Events.

The Holy Spirit draws them to us. Talking with one of our “new” trainers yesterday, she commented on how great it is to have people come to you. There is no more wonderful experience than to led someone to the Lord.

Yesterday, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania a lot of firsts took place.It was the first event for SOS Events New team in Pennsylvania led by Stephanie and Lloyd Dieter.
Schwenkfelder Church in Lansdale, Pennsylvania has an annual event called Country Fair. This year they had an evangelism booth for the first time with the SOS Events team. It was a great success. Thirteen souls were saved.
The very first soul saved was the grandmother of Brandon’s children. It was the first time Brandon had witnessed at an SOS event.
God talks about firsts in the Bible. He wants us to put Him first, give to Him of our income first. He calls it first fruits.
1 Corinthians 16:15 I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

At the Plant City Flea Market this week Alice and Randy , SOS Events missionaries were witnessing when a woman named Judy started talking to Alice.
“I am a Christian, but my boyfriend is not. He doesn’t want me to go to church on Sundays. I have been praying for his salvation. Here he comes, he is the one in the blue shirt.”
Alice quickly alerted Randy to speak to the man whose name is Claude. Randy then invited Claude to hear the Gospel and led him into a relationship with the Lord.
There is joy when a person gets saved. Randy, Alice, Judy and Claude all are excited and happy for Claude’s salvation.
Judy did not give up. She prayed for him and saw an opportunity to bring him to a place where he could hear how to be saved. SOS Events has many testimonies of people who are ready to be saved and walk by our display. God draws them to us.
Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
Alice with Lionel, one of the fifteen souls that made a decision to follow Jesus at the Plant City Flea Market this week. Many churches have prayer meeting on Wednesday but the pews are empty and no people come to the Lord. On Wednesday mornings SOS Events staff and volunteers are faithful at this Flea Market and salvations are recorded weekly.
Unsaved people usually will not go to church, but they do go to events to purchase items or have fun. Opportunity for witnessing is unlimited. This song written in the 1920’s has words that are so true. God is in the little things that we do. He wants us to be faithful in what He asks. No task is too small if done for His glory. One soul that you witness to could be the next Billy Graham or Charles Stanley. Be faithful in the little things and He turns them into big things.
