The biggest evil in the world are Christians who refuse to witness.
Jesus came to save the lost.
Going to church on Sunday, teaching Sunday school, doing good works is not the Great Commission.
The average person has at least 40 hours a week free time. Should we not use some of that time to tell someone about Jesus?
It is so simple. Hand out a tract while standing in a checkout line. Ask a person who called with a solicitation if they are sure of Heaven.
Everyone you come in contact with is an opportunity to witness.
The world is full of people who want to hear. Christian, we must tell them before it is too late.
SOS Ministry can teach you how to be an effective witness. Join with us today by watching the training videos.
Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

The Greatest Evil in the World
July 31, 2013Texas Man Accepts The Lord
July 29, 2013What a joy to see people come to The Lord. This weekend 18 people trusted Jesus as their Savior at the Auburndale Flea Market in Florida. A young man from Texas came into the booth with his grandfather. He wanted to be sure he was on the way to Heaven. On the back of the card he wrote, “Accepted Jesus as my personal Savior.”
SOS has every convert fill out a card with name, address, phone, age, and email so we can follow up with them. A local church gets the information so they can visit. A Bible study that is age appropriate gets sent to each one free of charge. They have opportunity to continue Bible studies as long as they want to, always at no cost to them except for the price of a stamp.
SOS is always looking for dedicated Christians who would like to be a part of this exciting ministry.

HOME!
July 23, 2013There is no place like home. When away from home, even if there are blessings in seeing family and friends, we long to be home. Our hearts beat a little faster, and the excitement builds as we come nearer to our destination.
As we drive into the yard we are so happy. Home!
Then we realize that this is temporary. Our permanent home is waiting. Our hearts beat a little faster and the excitement builds as we come closer to that Heavenly Home.
What a day that will be when we fly into our HOME!
Are we ready? Trusting Jesus as our Savior is the ticket.
Do you have yours?
Memorial for Eugene “Quacky” Curtis
July 21, 2013Today a memorial service was held for Eugene Curtis, from Toledo, OH. He was better known as Quacky the clown.
He was also the oldest brother of SOS founder, Tom Curtis. It was a beautiful service, commemorating a life of bringing happiness to thousands of people all over the USA and Canada for over 50 years.
The best part of the memories are his true salvation. It is a joy to go to a service, knowing that we will see him again.
Heaven is real. Jesus provided a way to have eternal life though His death on the cross, His burial and His resurrection. Our part is to admit we have sinned. Believe in our heart that Jesus paid the price for our sin and call on Him to save us.
Then on our final day on earth our loved ones will know that they, too can see us again in Heaven. What a blessing.

Where is God in your life?
July 7, 2013Matthew 6:33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
God says in His Word that everything shall be added onto you. Food, clothing, shelter.
God wants all of our hearts, not just a token. He wants more than our church attendance. He wants us to put Him first above all else. Where is God in your life?
Time to Tell Others
July 5, 20132 Corinthians 6:2
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee:behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
Every day is a day when someone can hear the Gospel. Let it be you that speaks for God.
SOS can teach you how to accomplish being a bold witness for our Lord.
Death of His Saint
June 14, 2013Psalms 116:15
Precious in the sight of the Lord
is the death of his saints.
Today Heaven is rejoicing to welcome another of God’s saints into His presence. At 4:15 am Eugene Curtis, Tom’s brother went home to be with The Lord. Though our hearts are saddened, we at the same time rejoice to know he is out of his pain and struggles here on earth.
We will see him again!! Thank You Lord for your death on the cross and your promise of Heaven.
Do you know the 3 things God can not do?
June 9, 2013“Do you know the 3 things God can not do?” is a sign on the back of our car along with my cell phone number. Coming out of a grocery store a few days ago the phone rang and a woman said,”I am following you and need to know the 3 things God can not do.”
1. God can not lie. 2. God can not change 3. God cannot let anyone into Heaven unless you are born again.
After explaining these 3 things, I asked her, “Are you 50, 75 or 100% sure if you died today you would go to Heaven?”
She answered that she did not know.
When the plan of salvation was explained, this lady trusted The Lord as her Savior.
She said “I did not know if i was going to be talking to some “nut”, but I had to know.” She then ask if she could give the phone number to her friends so they could find out how to go to Heaven also.
These simple signs on the back of the car has resulted in several salvations, plus at least 2 or 3 calls a week from Christians who are curious.
If anyone would like a sign for their back car window, email SOS at sosevents.org.
We are brought with a price
June 8, 20131 Corinthians 6:20
“For ye are bought with a price:therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”
We belong to God because He bought us with His precious blood. What a price He paid so we can go to Heaven. Today and everyday glorify Him by giving thanks for so great a salvation.
