I remember when hurricanes were fun. No one panicked. No one hoarded. We got our surfboards out ready to hit the beach. If the power went out it was exciting because we got to light candles throughout the house and eat ice cream for breakfast. If you were lucky, you got school off for a day. What happened? I went to the store yesterday to grab some dog treats and dinner and it was like the apocalypse. The parking lot was a derby. No shopping carts. There was dry dogfood spilled in the aisles like there was a fight over the last bag of Fido’s fave brand or something. 😂
I got my stuff and got outta there. Now I need to go to the store today because we ran out of coffee creamer.😠Please pray for us here in Florida. Because of the people. They are what I’m most frightened of. 😰😉
