We live in a world filled with trouble, uncertainty, and heartache. Jesus never promised that our lives would always be easy. In fact, He told us plainly that we would have tribulation.
But He also gave us a wonderful promise: “Be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
No matter what we may face today, we can have peace because our trust is not in our circumstances—it is in Jesus Christ. He is greater than every problem, every fear, and every burden.
When the world around us seems uncertain, remember that Jesus is still in control. Stay close to Him, trust His Word, and let His peace fill your heart.
Today, be encouraged. Jesus has overcome the world, and in Him we can have peace.
